إذا كنت ترغب في حذف حسابك في تطبيق MNHO | من هو، يمكنك إرسال طلب بسيط، وسنقوم بحذف جميع بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

🚀 طريقة الحذف — خياران

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (الموصى بها)

• افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول
• اضغط على أيقونة 👤 الملف الشخصي في الأعلى
• انزل إلى الأسفل واضغط 📬 تواصل معنا
• اختر نوع الرسالة: "طلب حذف حساب"
• اكتب: "أرغب في حذف حسابي وجميع بياناتي"
• اضغط 📤 إرسال

الطريقة الثانية: عبر البريد الإلكتروني

أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى:

⚠️ يجب أن يكون البريد المُرسل منه هو نفس البريد المسجّل في حسابك للتحقق من الهوية.

🗂️ ما الذي يتم حذفه؟

ما الذي قد يتم الاحتفاظ به؟

قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات لفترة محدودة لأغراض قانونية أو أمنية:

• سجلات الأمان والتدقيق (مثل بلاغات الإساءة) — تُخفى الهوية وتُحفظ لمدة سنة واحدة ثم تُحذف
• السجلات الإحصائية المجهولة (مثل عدد المباريات اليومية) — لا تحتوي على أي معلومات شخصية

🔧 حذف بيانات معيّنة فقط (بدون حذف الحساب)

إذا أردت حذف بيانات محددة فقط (مثل الصورة الشخصية أو سجل بلاغ معيّن) دون إغلاق الحساب، أرسل طلباً عبر:

• زر "تواصل معنا" داخل التطبيق
• أو بريد support@mnho.fun

وحدّد بدقة: "أطلب حذف [نوع البيانات] فقط دون حذف الحساب"

⏱️ الوقت المستغرق

• تأكيد استلام الطلب: خلال 48 ساعة
• إكمال الحذف: خلال 30 يوماً (عادة أسرع بكثير)
• إشعار بريدي بإكمال الحذف

📌 Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account in MNHO, you can submit a simple request and we will delete all your data within 30 days maximum.

🚀 How to Delete — Two Options

Option 1: From Inside the App (Recommended)

• Open the app and sign in
• Tap the 👤 Profile icon at the top
• Scroll down and tap 📬 Contact Us
• Choose message type: "Account Deletion Request"
• Write: "I want to delete my account and all my data"
• Tap 📤 Send

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to:

⚠️ You must send the email from the same email address registered with your account for identity verification.

🗂️ What Gets Deleted?

What May Be Retained?

We may retain some data for a limited time for legal or security purposes:

• Security and audit logs (e.g., abuse reports) — anonymized and kept for 1 year then deleted
• Anonymous statistical records (e.g., daily match counts) — contain no personal info

🔧 Delete Specific Data Only (Without Account Deletion)

If you want to delete specific data only (e.g., profile picture or a particular report log) without closing the account, send a request via:

• The "Contact Us" button inside the app
• Or email support@mnho.fun

And specify clearly: "I request deletion of [data type] only without deleting the account"

⏱️ Processing Time

• Request acknowledgement: within 48 hours
• Deletion completion: within 30 days (usually much faster)
• Email confirmation upon completion
